Adirondack Park Agency Hires Three New Staff Members

The Adirondack Park Agency is pleased to announce the hiring of
three new staff members.

Executive Director Dan Fitts with new Agency staff Mary Palmer,
Stevie Summers and Trevor Fravor (left to right).
Trevor Fravor was hired as an Environmental Program Specialist
I and will work in the Legal Division as an enforcement officer.
His primary responsibilities will be in enforcement for the southwestern
quadrant of the Park. Mr. Fravor graduated from the State University
of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He previously
worked as a Forestry Technician with the Department of Environmental
Conservation at Ray Brook. He resides with his family in Saranac
Lake.
Mary Palmer was hired as a Keyboard Specialist I in the Legal Division
with primary responsibilities covering the Jurisdictional Inquiry
Office. Her previous employer was the Department of Environmental
Conservation at Ray Brook. Ms. Palmer is a North Country native.
She was born in Massena and now resides in St. Regis Falls.
Stevie Summers was hired as a Keyboard Specialist I and will work
in the Regulatory Programs Division. Her primary responsibilities
will be administrative assistance for Regulatory Programs staff.
Ms. Summers’ previous employer was Plattsburgh State University.
She is a graduate of Ohio State University with a BS in Earth Science.
She continued her education at SUNY Plattsburgh towards a BS in
Environmental Science, and received a BA in Accounting from Clinton
Community College. She currently resides in Bloomingdale.
Executive Director Daniel T. Fitts commented that “the Agency
is most fortunate to have such high caliber individuals joining
the staff which will most certainly result in better service to
the public.”
The Agency is very excited to welcome very talented and energetic
new additions to our team.
