(11) Forestry Retrospective:  The January 1998 Ice Storm

     Staff will open the discussion with a brief photo presentation

of the ice storm, forest damage, salvage operations and regrowth, followed by remarks by panelists on the effects on landowners, forest management and the future, and concluding with a question-and-answer period with Agency Members, Designees and the audience.  The panel is comprised of Tony Woods of Wagner Forest Management, LTD, Potsdam, New York; Larry Denis of LandVest, Tupper Lake, New York; and Herb Boyce of Northwoods Forest Consultants, LLC, Jay, New York.
