The State of New York and Province of Quebec are focusing on bi-national business opportunities related to manufacturing, emerging technologies and tourism. Since May 2002, there have been two economic summits to help advance this effort. Garry Douglas, President of the Plattsburgh-North Country Chamber of Commerce, a key partner in the initiative, will detail efforts to date and identify some potential areas of economic opportunity for the Park.
