- The action involves the replacement of a stone retaining wall on Osgood Pond involving a temporary installation of silt fencing within wetlands. The proposal is located in the Town of Brighton, Franklin County.
- The action involves a four-lot subdivision of a 4.6-acre parcel classified as Moderate Intensity. One lot will retain an existing commercial use building. No new land use or development is proposed. The proposal is located in the Town of Ausable, Clinton County.
- The action involves a permit and variance request for the construction of a dock to provide public ADA-accessible canoe and kayak access to Lake Flower. The proposal is located in the Village of Saranac Lake, Essex County. There will be a hearing on June 25, 2026 from 10 am - 11 am. - The action involves a deepwater marsh wetland restoration project in Follensby Clear Pond. The project proposes the removal of native Vallisneria americana for propagation and replanting in areas where the aquatic invasive species Eurasian watermilfoil has recently been removed. The proposal is located in the Town of St. Armand, Franklin County.
- The action involves a 409-acre sustainable timber harvest designed to remove a declining overstory and encourage desirable regeneration. The property is subject to a NYS Working Forest Conservation Easement, and is certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative and Forest Stewardship Council third party monitoring programs. The proposal is located in the Town of Mayfield, Fulton County.
- The action involves replacement of two existing utility poles measuring 38.5 feet above grade with two improved utility poles measuring 432 feet and 53 feet above grade. The proposal is located in the Town of Forestport, Oneida County.
