- The action involves the replacement of 10 existing overhead electrical distribution poles and the installation of five new poles between 859 NYS Route 9N and the intersection of Alexandria Ave. The proposal is located in Ticonderoga, Essex County.
- The action involves converting an existing building, formerly used as a golf pro shop, into a restaurant. The building has been vacant for more than five years. The proposal is located in the Town of Indian Lake, Hamilton County.
- The action involves a request to amend Permit 2021-0124 to renew the permit term for an existing mineral extraction and commercial sand and gravel extraction. The proposal is located in the Town of Ticonderoga, Essex County.
- The action involves the installation of a new 120-foot-tall monopine telecommunications tower. The tower includes simulated branching, a four-foot lighting rod, and an antenna array 105 feet above ground level. Access to the tower site will originate from NYS Route 56 utilizing an existing gravel access drive. The proposal is located in the Town of Colton, St. Lawrence County.
