- The action involves the construction of a 140-foot-tall monopole emergency services tower concealed as a simulated tree including the installation of 20-foot whip antennas. Overall height of structure would be 160 feet above ground level. The proposal is located in the Town of Hope, Hamilton County.
- The action involves the installation of a new 105-foot-tall monopole telecommunications tower, with a 4-foot lighting rod and antenna array at a centerline height of 100 feet above ground level. Access to the tower site will originate from NYS Route 9 utilizing a new gravel access drive. The proposal is in the Town of Warrensburg, Warren County.
