- The action involves dredging of approximately 75 square feet of wetlands to allow for removal of approximately 4 cubic yards of deposition attributed to road drainage. A sediment trap will be installed to control future wetland deposition. The proposal is in the Town of Indian Lake, Hamilton County.
- The action involves replacement of the Johnson Road bridge over Mill Brook, resulting in 329.77 square feet of permanent wetland impact for bridge abutments and 742.97 square feet of permanent wetland impact for roadway embankment stabilization. The proposal is in the Town of Horicon, Warren County.
- The action involves the replacement and expansion of a salt storage building. The proposal is located in the Town of Jay, Essex County.
