RAY BROOK, NY – The Adirondack Park Agency is accepting public comment on projects currently under review. The public is encouraged to go online to learn more about each public comment opportunity and to submit comments electronically.
At present, the following projects are available for comment at https://apa.ny.gov/contact/public-comment.cfm:
- Construction of 22 dwellings and an associated access road extending from Algonquin Drive. The development will be served by municipal sewer, water and electric utilities. The project is located in the Town of North Elba, Essex County (P2025-0122).
- Installation of a new 115-foot-tall telecommunications tower concealed as a simulated pine tree with an antenna array at a centerline mounting height of 100 feet above ground level. The project is located in the Town of Wilmington, Essex County (P2025-0144).
- Distribution line rebuild within the NYS Route 9N right-of-way including Installation of one new utility pole measuring 43 feet above grade; and replacement of 17 utility poles ranging in height from 29.5 to 56.5 feet above grade with 17 improved utility poles ranging from 38.5 to 61 feet above grade. The project is located in the Town of Lake George, Warren County (P2026-0003).
