RAY BROOK, NY – The Adirondack Park Agency is accepting public comment on projects currently under review. The public is encouraged to go online to learn more about each public comment opportunity and to submit comments electronically.

- The action involves construction of an educational facility including an approximately 107,600-square-foot building, a sugar house, salt shed, operations & maintenance garage and greenhouse. Parking for 195 cars will be provided in addition to dedicated parking for fleet vehicles, buses, and tractor trailers. A new access driveway is proposed for the site from Plank Road. The proposal is located in the Town of Moriah, Essex County.
- The replacement of four existing utility poles, two at a current height of 38.5 feet above grade and two at a current height of 34 feet above grade, with improved utility poles measuring 43 feet above grade, and the installation of one new 43-foot-tall pole. Two replacement poles and the new pole will be along Broad Street. The remaining two replacement poles will be along the National Grid utility corridor bordering the Moriah Central School. The proposal is located in Port Henry, Essex County.
- Use of the aquatic herbicide ProcellaCor EC to control the aquatic invasive species Eurasian watermilfoil within five treatment areas in Minerva Lake. The proposal is located in the Town of Minerva, Essex County.
- Replacement of an existing culvert that carries Marshall Brook under Olmstedville Road (County Route 19). The new box culvert will be better aligned with the stream bed and able to accommodate larger storm events. The proposal is located in the Town of Chester, Warren County.
