RAY BROOK, NY – The Adirondack Park Agency has launched an online dashboard about its ongoing headquarters project that includes available documents and reports. At this time, the following reports have been posted online:
- Indoor Air Quality Report
- Pre-Renovation Asbestos, Lead-Based Paint, and PCB Caulk Survey
- Summary of Lead in Potable Water Survey
- Phase One Environmental Site Assessment
- Phase Two Environmental Site Assessment
- Wetland Delineation & Preliminary Threatened and Endangered Species Habitat Study Report
- Geotechnical Exploration Report
- Geotechnical Data Report: Stormwater Exploration

The Adirondack Park Agency is currently undertaking a planning process to replace the 1970s-era headquarters building located in Ray Brook, NY. At this time, the preferred site for the new headquarters is at 1-3 Main Street in Saranac Lake, NY. The Agency is considering renovating the existing historic Paul Smith and Powerhouse building and constructing a new building on site.
