I need a permit for a Hunting and Fishing Cabin

Major Project General Information Request Application Form– Use this application form for any project other than a two-lot subdivision, or development of a single family dwelling or mobile home or State Agency project. I need a permit for Hunting and Fishing Cabins Greater Than 500 Square Feet in a Resource Management Area

General Permit 2005G-4R– Hunting and Fishing Cabins Greater Than 500 Square Feet in a Resource Management Area. This general permit is issued pursuant to Section 809(13) of the Adirondack Park Agency Act authorizing an expedited Agency review process for the construction of a greater-than-500 square foot (but less than 1,250 square foot) hunting and fishing cabin on lawfully existing parcels in a Resource Management area or an otherwise jurisdictional hunting and fishing cabin in conformance with the Agency's regulatory definition. To be eligible to use this general permit, a hunting and fishing cabin shall be a cabin, camp or lean-to or other similar structure designed and used only for occasional occupancy and primarily for hunting and fishing and similar purposes that i)is a one-story structure but may include a sleeping loft, ii) is built on posts or piers and does not have a permanent foundation, iii) is served by a sanitary pit privy or chemical toilet and does not have conventional, on-site wastewater treatment systems, iv) does not have pressurized or indoor plumbing (this prohibition does not preclude a kitchen sink with appropriate grey water leach pit), and v) is not connected to any public utilities (such as electric, phone, cable, water or sewer systems). I need a permit for Subdivision to Convey Two or More Lots Without Principal Building Rights

General Permit 2005G-5R– Subdivision to Convey Two or More Lots Without Principal Building Rights. This general permit is issued pursuant to Section 809(13) of the Adirondack Park Agency Act authorizing an expedited Agency review process for a project to subdivide a lot to convey two or more lots without principal building rights to adjoining landowners for the purpose of enlarging their adjacent lot(s). No principal buildings are permitted and no principal building privileges are to be conveyed. This general permit does not apply to parcels already subject to Agency permits or settlement agreements or lots in pre-existing subdivisions or substandard pre-existing lots of record. Permit Applications - Towers and Antennas

I need an application for Telecommunications Towers

 

This application applies to new or expanded telecommunications towers, antennas or other facilities. The application questions which follow are appropriate for the various types of telecommunications towers projects. Portions of this Supplemental Information Request may be utilized for other applications concerning major public utility uses.

General Permit 2010G-1 application applies to the installation of New or Replacement Telecommunications Towers at Existing Agency Approved Sites.

Use this General Permit for the installation of one new telecommunications tower in the immediate proximity of an exising telecommunications tower structure previously approved by the Agency and where the existing access drive and utility infrastructure are used to the greatest extent practicable and for the Replacement of a pre-existing telecommunications tower or a telecommunications tower previously approved by the Agency to address structural deficiencies of the existing tower in order to accommodate co-location of an additional telecommunications provider on said structure; with potential for some deminimus increase in height

General Permit 2005G-3R– Replacement of or Installation of Certain New Telecommunications Antennas on Existing Towers or Other Tall Structures - This general permit is issued pursuant to Section 809(13) of the Adirondack Parlk Agency Act authorizing an expedited Agency approval process for i) replacement of existing or installation of new telecommunications antennas on preexisting towers and towers previously approved by the Agency where there will be no significant adverse change in the overall visibility of the tower as seen from public viewing points, ii) new telecommunications antennas on existing structures (e.g. water tanks, buildings) where such antennas are of a design, size, location and color to blend with the existing structures so as to be "substantially invisible." New or Expanded Public Use–This application applies to new or expanded public uses including any component building of a college, library, school, hospital, place of worship, museum, research center, rehabilitation center or similar facility, muncipal facility or highway garage, fire station or community recreation facility. While each of the land uses has special design features, they have many common characteristics. Due to the statutory required comprehensive review of the project, substantial information in both narrative and mapping with supporting professionally prepared documents is necessary.

Commercial and/or Industrial Use Application– This application applies to new or expanded commercial uses and/or industrial uses. Commercial uses would include stores, offices, lodging facilities, warehousing and distribution facilities, commercial maintenance facilities, tourist attractions, recreational facilities available for a fee, and other types of retail or commercial service establishments. Industrial uses would include the manufacturing, production or assembly of goods or materials and associated waste disposal areas. It is the appropriate application for saw mills, pallet mills, chipping mills and similar wood using facilities While many of these uses are separately defined in the APA Act, they have some common impact characteristics. The application questions which follow are appropriate for the various types of projects generally considered as Acommercial uses@ and “industrial uses.” Please note that for a new commercial use in an existing commercial use structure, a general permit application is available and may be applicable.

General Permit 2010G-3 Application, Use this general permit for a project to change from a lawful use in an existing commercial, public/semi public, or industrial building to a different use which results in no material change to the exterior of the building, the intensity of use remains the same and there is no material change to the project site other than installation of new signage in full conformance with 9 NYCRR Appendix Q-3. Any project which potentially involves a material increase in noise or ligh pollution or significantly increases traffic, parking, water usage or wastewater generation will not be eligible for this general permit.

Supplemental Information Request Application Form for Timber Harvesting Activities – Use this application form with the General Information Request form above for timber harvesting activities on private lands in the Adirondack Park. Examples of timber harvesting activities requiring an Agency permit include clearcutting more than 3 acres of wetland, clearcutting of more than 25 acres in upland areas, construction of wood roads in wetlands and various harvesting activities within designated river areas, including any cutting or new road in or within 100 feet of the mean high water mark of a river, and new bridges.
