Proposed Amendments to the Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map (MA2025-01)

Public comments are being accepted on these proposed amendments through November 17, 2025.

The Adirondack Park Agency (APA) is considering a landowner request to amend the official Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map in the Town of Lake Luzerne pursuant to Adirondack Park Agency Act § 805(2)(c)(1). The proposed amendments would involve reclassifying approximately 73.9 acres of Rural Use land to Moderate Intensity Use and 123 acres of Rural Use land to Low Intensity Use.

Public comments are being accepted through November 17, 2025. A public hearing where oral and written comments will be accepted is scheduled for:
