Adirondack Park Agency

Forms

Adirondack Park Agency permits may be needed for a variety of development activities in the Adirondack Park. All current agency forms and applications are listed below. We recommend contacting us before starting to determine what forms are necessary for your project.

Additionally, more than one permit may be required for your proposed activity. Please check with other state agencies and your local town or village office about other regulations that may apply to your project.

Getting Started

There are numerous factors that can determine whether a permit is needed for your project. The easiest way to find out if a proposed activity will require Agency review is by submitting a Jurisdictional Inquiry Form. Agency staff review these submissions and respond by letter stating any permitting or other needs.

Jurisdictional Inquiry Form

If you know that a permit is required for your project, you can submit a preapplication request to consult with Agency staff about your proposed project before submitting an application.
