Group Camp Uses

Use this application form with the General Information Request form for new, expanded or converted group camps, including children's camps, seasonal camps, groups affiliated with recreational, scholastic, educational, religious, fraternal or other affiliations. Such facilities include offices, lodging facilities, tourist attractions, recreational facilities available for fee, and other types of commercial service establishments.
